While existing condition assessment methods meet a need, they can be expensive if not properly targetted.  Meaningful results that generate capital repair and replacement budgets are often missing and in many situations, little information beyond type and age of a building is available.

A new approach is needed that is simple, efficient, reasonably accurate and inexpensive.

Our approach uses industry-standard data and works on its own or in conjunction with a visual assessment program.  It recognizes that there is often more value in performing a visual assessment of an older asset where components are near or at the end of their expected useful lives.
